Therapy

I'm starting this blog as more as a personal journaling experience.  I recently got rid of facebook (deleted it off my phone) and not going to get on it on the computer.  This is more of an appropriate avenue for feeling anyway.  Some humorous, some not so humorous. I have been married to my husband and eternal companion for almost 21 years.  I am a mother of 4 children.  My husband has been diagnosed with anxiety, depression and OCD.  My oldest daughter Kylie is bi-polar.  My second daughter Kamryn suffers from depression and social anxiety.  My third daughter Tyler suffers from depression and anxiety.  My son Toby (knock on wood) has not been diagnosed with anything yet.  We are hoping he will escape the mental illness trial.  I have also not been diagnosed with anything but I know I have anxiety and one time several years ago I took a test that showed bi-polar tendencies.  Yikes!
